This notice is applicable to the mentors applying to HyperVerge Technologies Private Limited for the HyperVerge Academy Program (collectively “HVA”). This notice covers Personal Data (as defined below) collected from you by HVA during the course of your enrollment with us for the purpose specifically mentioned.
HVA is committed to ensure transparency, adherence to Data Privacy Laws and is dedicated to ensuring that your Personal Data is collected, used and stored responsibly.
By reading this notice, you acknowledge that you voluntarily consent to provide your Personal Data to HVA for your enrollment. The terms of this notice are effective from the date you share your Personal Data with HVA.

As part of your application, HVA may collect, and hold the following Personal Data about you as may be voluntarily provided by you to HVA:
- Personal information, including name, address, date of birth, contact number, personal email ID.
Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
HVA collects your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Selection & onboarding: To evaluate your suitability as a mentor for the HVA, onboard you into the program, and administer the program effectively.
- Learner–mentor matching: To match you with learners based on your expertise, role, industry experience, and language proficiency.
- Internal Analysis & Program Improvement: To analyse mentorship engagement patterns, identify areas of improvement, and enhance the program’s effectiveness.
Access to Personal Data
The Personal Data shared by you is only accessible to the authorized members of the HVA contribution team involved in interviews, evaluations, and data analysis.
Any sharing (e.g., for donor reporting or marketing) is done only in an anonymized form.
Retention of Personal Data
We will retain and hold your Personal Data for the purpose for which it was originally collected in accordance with applicable law or for such minimum period as required by applicable law and as stated in this notice. You may request the deletion of your Personal Data at any time, and we will promptly take appropriate measures to delete it from our records.
What Rights Do You Have?
- Correction: You have the right to correct, or update your Personal Data collected by HVA.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the Personal Data collected by HVA at any time.
- Deletion of Personal Data: You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data collected by HVA.
- Rectification of Personal Data: You have the right to revise or remedy any inaccuracies to the Personal Data collected by HVA.
Grievance Redressal: If you are aggrieved by any processing of your Personal Data by HVA or exercise of your rights under the Data Privacy Laws, you have the right to seek grievance redressal by contacting the below mentioned:
