Before HVA: Facing the Wall of Rejection
Looking back, I can clearly divide my professional journey into two distinct phases: Before HVA and After HVA.
During my 4th year of B.Tech, I was applying to numerous roles without a clear understanding of the industry's requirements. Despite reaching out to many professionals on LinkedIn for guidance, I faced constant rejections. I was applying blindly, and unfortunately, it wasn't yielding any results.
After HVA: Doubts, Discipline, and Growth
When I first joined HVA, I had many questions. I wondered if it was truly helpful or if I was simply wasting my time. In fact, my journey started with another setback — HVA itself rejected me during my first internal interview.
However, Gayathri saw my potential and gave me a second chance. This was the turning point. I realized that talent alone isn't enough; you need a roadmap. I decided to strictly follow the HVA structure and trust the process completely. Thank you so much, Gayathri.
The Key to Success: Trusting the Structure
The journey wasn't easy, but I followed every step laid out by the program. By sticking to their organized curriculum and listening to my mentors — especially Pawan, who helped me immensely — I stopped 'just learning' and started learning the right way.
After completing the HVA program, I attended only one interview, and I got selected.
“Believe in HVA and just follow their structure. If you put in the effort and stay disciplined within their framework, the results will follow.”
Choosing HVA was truly the best decision of my life. It stands as a premier opportunity for students and job seekers from middle-class backgrounds, offering high-quality, merit-based training without any upfront financial burden.
Thank you so much to Gayathri, Pawan, and the entire HVA team for changing my career trajectory!
